1. Gift Cards
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Under no circumstances will Gift Cards be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Physical Products (Shipped via Printful)
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items:
- Only products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective may be returned.
- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Lost in Transit:
- If your package appears to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Covered by Pins & Roses Tattoo:
- Any claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense, including shipping costs for replacement items.
3. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or any reason outside of misprinted, damaged, or defective products.
4. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion.
5. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose. It shall conform with all applicable laws in the State of New Jersey and the United States Federal Law.
